Our injection department produces precision fittings and accessories for our piping systems in PP-RCT, PP-R, HDPE, and PP-B using high-pressure molding— ensuring consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.

Designed for high-volume output, this department delivers efficient production and seamless compatibility across all our pipe ranges.

The Laboratory and Quality Control Department

Our in-house laboratory is a cornerstone of API’s commitment to uncompromising quality. Equipped with advanced technology and operated by expert technicians, it plays a vital role in quality control, material testing, and continuous research and development.

From raw material inspection and semi-finished product evaluations to rigorous type testing and batch release verification, our lab ensures every product complies with the strictest performance, safety, and regulatory standards. All testing aligns with international certifications and compliance reports, including Libnor, DVGW, SKZ, WRAS, TZW, Fraunhofer IBP, and MPA-IBMB.

Facility Overview

• One of the region’s most advanced pipe-testing labs for quality control.

• Spans 200 m² with high-precision instruments, run by skilled technicians.

Scope of Work

• Full quality control cycle—from raw material inspection to final batch release.

The Tool & Dye Workshop


Our tool and die workshop ensures efficient production by designing, manufacturing, assembling, and maintaining all factory molds and tools, with a primary focus on the injection department.

With in-house repair and maintenance, the team ensures fast technical response, reduced downtime, and uninterrupted operations. Managing the entire mold lifecycle internally allows direct input from design to execution, ensuring precision, consistency, and tighter quality control.

Support Role

The High-rack Warehouse

Spanning 4,000 m²—nearly a third of our factory—API’s high-rack warehouse is central to our agile and efficient logistics system. With structured racking and advanced inventory control, we ensure product availability and fast, reliable delivery from storage to dispatch.
